The chemo Noah is receiving is called “vincristine” and he will receive it intravenously.
This has chemo exposure for 48 hours.
That means from the time he starts the chemo treatment up until 48 hours after, I have to wear gloves to help him to the bathroom. Wear gloves with his saliva, sweat, and for any bodily fluid.
When he uses the toilet it needs to be covered before we flush and then have to wise gloves to wipe it down with disinfectant so no chemo transfers to us.
