Noah’s orthopedic follow up went well. The knock knees are straightening out on their own.
They are concerned a bit with how tight his ankles are. Noah has difficulty flexing his foot up towards the sky. That is what makes his running awkward looking.
They are also concerned with him tippy toe walking at his age. They gave me some foot exercises to do that will help his ankles and we will follow up in 6 more months. At that point, if his ankles are still tight and the tippy toe walking continues, he will have to get an MRI of his spine and go from there.
But overall good news and we will begin to do the exercises they showed us!!
Tomorrow we go back downtown for a clinic visit. He will get a port flush and his numbers checked. He told me he is excited to go, because he misses everyone there.
