Thursdays are typically the days we all dread. Thursdays are chemo days and today was no different. Noah went in for his treatment which normally starts with blood tests and then the chemo. I do not quite understand all the different numbers but his white blood cell count went from 1.6 to 6! From all accounts, I can find that is nearly normal for a healthy adult! The nurses said that they have never seen someone rebound like that. On day 8 he has some of the numbers they would expect to see on day 29! We were in tears hearing some good news for once. The doctors still warned us to keep our guard up since things can change for the worse much faster than they can for the good. So we are still being super careful on who is around and who comes in contact with each of us!
